Academy/Select: U7/U8-U14 (2019-2012)

May 27, 28, & 29 (Tues-Thru)

Select (SCCL & SAPL): U15-U18/U19 (2011-2007)

ATTN Non-Gwinnett County Residents: Please note that the Gwinnett Out-of-County Fee is now $90 per season.

Tryout registration for Academy and Select will be live no later than May 1st.
If your player would like to be evaluated for the upcoming soccer season with UFA, please be sure to register online.  Players should attend all 3 sessions for their age group. Simply go to our website at Lawrenceville.UnitedFA.org, log into your account and search under AVAILABLE PROGRAMS for “2024-2025 FORSYTH Academy/Select Tryouts (U08-U19)”. (Instructions on how to set up an account can be found here.) There is no cost to tryout. Players will not receive their tryout ID number until they have been registered.

IF YOU HAVE A PLAYER THAT IS UNABLE TO ATTEND TRYOUTS FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT STEPS:

1. Register for tryouts and make a note that your player will not be able to attend.
2. Communicate with your current academy/select coach that your player will not attend tryouts so the coach can help track the player. NOTE: UFA cannot guarantee placement on a team if they do not attend tryouts.
3. Complete this form
4. Recreational players wish to join the academy/select program are required to attend tryouts. If you are unable to do so, you may contact the appropriate director after tryouts to inquire whether any spots remain.

It is important to understand that United Futbol Academy cannot guarantee placement of your player and that filling out the form in no way secures a roster spot for any player.

We are not able to offer any player a roster spot until the player has attended a camp or training session to be evaluated. Be sure to contact us once you return so we can arrange an evaluation at the earliest convenience.

We are not able to offer early tryouts.

Players unable to attend and hoping to move up in level are at a big disadvantage in terms of team placement as the coaches cannot compare players if they are not there.

Please make every effort to attend tryouts to ensure the best opportunity for your player -- we understand that plans can be made in advance and there may be no flexibility to change them.

UNIFORMS: Fitting and Order Information

As a part of our ongoing partnership with Arsenal Football Development, the 2024-25 Arsenal Pre-Game jersey is part of the Annual Uniform Requirement for all teams. The 2024-25 jersey will be available in the Lloyds online uniform catalog beginning with Uniform Fitting dates in June. All UFA players for the upcoming seasons, returning and new, will be required to purchase the annual Pre-Game jersey. (Please note: Arsenal changes their pre-game jersey style every year. That is why it is a required uniform item that needs to be purchased by all players annually.)  

U8 Future Academy Players: 
Uniform fitting will be held during the Player Evaluations.  All players will need to purchase a uniform kit.

U9-U19 Academy/Select Players:
All players are required to purchase and wear the UFA uniform package through our approved vendor. 

U9-U13 Uniform Fitting: June 7th at Rhodes Jordan Park Pavilion (by soccer fields 2 & 3); time: 10am-12pm

U14-U19 Uniform Fitting: June 14th at Rhodes Jordan Park Pavilion (by soccer fields 2 & 3); time: 10am-12pm

Players will receive an email from orders@lloydssoccer.com. (Please be sure to add this in your email contacts so it does not go to spam.)  This upcoming season will be the first year of a two-year cycle. All players will have to order the complete uniform package in June. Once the player's uniform order has been placed, there will be NO refunds or exchanges. With that in mind, players are strongly encouraged to attend a scheduled uniform fitting.
